Quick answer
Truth has a bodyguard. The LORD's own eyes keep watch over knowledge, while the words of the faithless, however loud their moment, get overthrown on His schedule.
Read both lines
The first line posts the watch: the eyes of the LORD, His active attention in every place (15:3), stand guard over truth itself. No conspiracy of forgetting and no market of comfortable lies can finally bury what His eyes are on. The second line shows the other ledger: the treacherous man's narratives, however well produced, are structures He topples. The verse does not promise the timing; lies can hold a stage for years. It promises the trajectory: falsehood performs, truth is preserved. The witness tempted to despair is handed the long game, and the overthrowing is not his job to schedule.
